Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Automotive Service Center
Location: Finchley, North London
About Us:
We are a well-established car garage in Finchley, providing quality automotive repairs and maintenance services to our local community. We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile supplier statements
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally
- Take bookings and scheduling appointment slots
- Coordinate with mechanics to order necessary parts and maintain inventory
- Greet customers and handle front desk operations
- Process payments and invoices
- Assist with general administrative duties including filing and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry-specific software
- Ability to stay organised whilst switching tasks.
- Basic understanding of automotive terminology is advantageous
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
